Exhibit Design, Digital Experience & Brand Activation
The Ryman Auditorium—one of the most iconic music venues in the world—partnered with me to elevate its brand across physical, digital, and retail touchpoints. My work spanned exhibit design, experiential moments, marketing materials, merchandise strategy, and a refreshed web presence, all aimed at deepening guest engagement and strengthening the Ryman’s cultural impact.
The Challenge
The Ryman is both a living music venue and a historic landmark. The challenge was creating modern, audience-focused experiences without overshadowing its legacy. Every asset—from exhibits to digital content—had to feel authentic, accessible, and aligned with the venue’s storytelling goals, while also supporting measurable audience growth and social engagement.
My Role & Approach
I led creative direction across multiple workstreams, ensuring consistency between the physical and digital brand experience. This included developing exhibit concepts, art directing production, shaping experiential moments throughout the venue, and building visual systems for marketing and merchandise. On the digital side, I helped design a web experience optimized for storytelling, conversion, and shareability—contributing to strong increases in social engagement and online visibility.
